Sir Paul McCartney And Heather Mills - Divorce Judgement

Heather Mills and Jamie Oliver tried to put on a vegan cooking show.

It was terrible!

Things got out of hand and people started throwing eggs at BNP leader Nick Griffin.

“Ms. McCartney-Mills was also caught in the volley of eggs. Once the right-to-lifers had dispersed, a group of men, rumoured to be from fathers-4-justice, began to whip her into an omelette; a recipe they had found in one of Jamie Oliver’s previously published books.”

That had to have made Heather mad, since you know eggs aren’t vegan!

Michelle Obama And Carla Bruni-Sarkozy: Furless First Ladies

Written by Vegetarian Star on Friday, June 12th, 2009 in Fur, Politicians.

2009 NATO Summit

France’s First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy recently came out of the fur closet and revealed she doesn’t wear fur, and although she may have worn it back in her old modeling days, any fur that’s on her bod now is fake.

“I do not wear, buy or own fur,” wrote France’s first lady, Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, in a letter obtained by G2, to Dan Mathews, senior vice president for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals U.S. “Every designer who kindly lends me clothes for public appearances can tell you that I do not accept to wear fur pieces, even when they’re only a small part of the outfit.”

Not to be one upped, U.S. First Lady, Michelle Obama, recently made a statement echoing Bruni-Sarkozy’s style. It was shorter, but still got the point across.

“Mrs. Obama does not wear fur,” Michelle’s deputy press secretary Semonti Mustaphi confirmed.

Now that’s a policy that doesn’t need debating!

**EXCLUSIVE**Heather Mills hosts a healthy cooking day for families at the Bronx in New York

Heather Mills has just called out Huffington Post writer Roger Friedman who claims the former model and ex wife of Paul McCartney failed to donate her earnings from Dancing with the Stars to charitable organization Viva!, Vegetarians International Voice for Animals.

Heather wrote on her Twitter page:

“Dear Huffington post Roger freedman please take your lies off Wiki. All my fees from Dancing with the stars went to Viva after taxes not me.”

The Wikipedia quote read:

“Heather was eliminated from the show in the sixth week of the competition on 24 April 2007, donating £50,000 of her £110,000 fee for appearing on the show to Viva!, although she had previously said that she would donate her entire fee to animal rights groups.”

Other allegations of charities not receiving promised money from Heather have surfaced in the past, including one from Adopt-A-Minefield.

“I wanted to smack John for talking trash to the other cast members during the challenge. Just because he is a vegetarian doesn’t mean he can call people names that aren’t. Everyone was aware of what they were eating. They did not need him reminding them every ten seconds, and saying how disgusting it is.”

Russell Simmons Trades Vegan Lobster For Pasta At Teatro Goldini

Written by Vegetarian Star on Wednesday, June 10th, 2009 in Business, Food & Drink, Restaurants.

Children Uniting Nations 4th Annual National Conference

If school officials need to do anything about the curriculum, they should include more nutrition classes!

Specifically, students should spend an entire semester learning what constitutes vegetarian, vegan, and whatever else in between. Because not knowing is just as bad as not picking out the largest continent on the map!

Russell Simmons recently attended a dinner while taking care of business for his Children Uniting Nations (CUN), a nonprofit for at-risk and foster youth in partnership with his Hip Hop Summit Action Network.

When a publicist found out Simmons was vegan, she stated, “Well, he can eat the lobster.”

Uh, heck no, those lobsters don’t grow in the ground!

It’s understandable not to expect non vegs to know how to make nacho cheese with nutritional yeast, but if it moves in a tank and pinches you when you tick it off, how can you not know that’s not vegan?

Simmons eventually got a vegetable pasta entree prepared for him at Teatro Goldini, but he still had to bend his veganism a little to keep from starving.

“I don’t normally eat pasta because it comes from eggs, but sometimes you have to.”

Yeah, especially when the only other vegan option is lobster.

There are numerous flavors to choose from, including Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl, Coconut, Cookie Dough, Mint Chip, Mocha Almond Fudge, Passionate Mango, and Vanilla Bean.

Martha would love to have a night alone with British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
