Kristin Bell, like many vegan and vegetarian women, has modified her plant-based diet slightly from concerns that have come up during and after pregnancy.

The vegan explained that it’s been hard to keep up with eating enough now that she’s feeding two.

The actress who breastfeeds says adding dairy and eggs to her meals allows her to get the extra calories she needs to ensure her baby gets adequate nutrition.

Country Music Television wanted to wish all of its singers and fans a happy meat-free day.

The network located in Nashville, Tennessee sent a Tweet wishing everyone a happy World Vegetarian Day and asked if they could go veg.

“Happy #WorldVegetarianDay! Can you go meat-free today or did you already eat bacon? Either way, our #CMTvideos are on now & delish!”

Not everyone could, and a few followers let thought the station’s message was a serious conflict of interest to its theme.
