His story is proof of what diet can do for your health, as this former regular consumer of fast-food was urged by a physician to go on high-blood pressure medication before even graduating high school.

Christine Taylor and Ben Stiller are trying to raise their children on a plant-based diet, but Taylor admits it’s a little harder once they’ve been introduced to animal products.

“We have friends that are vegan and their kids came out vegan,” Taylor told People. “I’m so jealous that they had the information and they started the kids early because now to go back, it’s a little harder.”

Although there’s no one cure for the disease, Freston suggests something as simple as an apple a day may keep the pounds away.

Such products are linked to diseases like obesity and cancer and the group compares these photographs to advertisements promoting other unhealthy habits, such as smoking.
