Model and reality TV star Jodie Marsh took up weightlifting two years ago and has since lost body fat, gotten toner than ever and competed in several competitions.
Unlike the stereotypical muscle building diet of fish and chicken, Marsh accomplished her physique on a completely vegetarian diet.
