Kaley Cuoco “Big Bang Theory” On Breakfast Includes Almond Milk

Kaley Cuoco has made a great discovery in her kitchen laboratory that’s worth a Nobel Prize.

The actress from the nerdy sitcom Big Bang Theory enjoys non-dairy milk in her morning cereal.

‘I start the day with oatmeal with vanilla almond milk,” Cuoco said. “If I don’t, I’m dying by noon and eating everything in sight.”

Plant-based proponent and Chicago mayor Emauel Rahm is promoting a vegetarian diet for the city’s firefighters and residents.

Chicago’s South Side Engine 18 station recently held a meatless celebration featuring Rip Esselstyn, author of The Engine 2 Diet who helped firemen at his station in Texas adopt a plant-based diet on the job.

Rahm encourages such a change and thinks it could cut health care costs in the future.

SkullCandy, Chegg, Daily Candy and Twitter are three companies that shared with Entrepreneur how an employee who made getting fit a resolution this year may be helped by what’s in the company fridge.

SkullCandy offers vegetarian options like hummus that leave workers a little less hungry while testing out the latest headphones.
