–vegetarian primatologist, philanthropist and conservationist Jane Goodall, during a speech to the children of clients of UBS, Switzerland’s largest bank. The purpose of Goodall’s presentation was to encourage getting involved with philanthropy, animal welfare and human rights. The UBS program is designed to reach out to heirs of the bank’s millionaire clients.

Simon Cowell Draws Criticism For Painting Sheep For “Red Or Black”

Horses breathed a sigh of relief once they learned Selena Gomez wasn’t going to embarass them by painting them pink for her new music video, “Love You Like A Love Song.”

Now sheep must make a run for it or risk being spray painted for a new Simon Cowell show in the UK.

Leona Lewis

Leona Lewis visited the Cleveland Armory Black Beauty Ranch to get close with a few of her favorite animal friends that included horses, primates and other animals.

Lewis recorded a PSA for the ranch, which sits on 1,300 acres and is home to over 1,200 wild and domestic animals that have been rescued from various situations such as circuses, roadside zoos and slaughterhouses.

“I have my own horse,” Lewis says in the video. “He’s so beautiful and gentle and gives me so much love back. To think that someone would hurt them is heartbreaking.”

Leona Lewis Supports Ban On Wild Animals In Circuses

Leona Lewis has written a letter to her MP asking to support a ban on wild animals in Britain’s circuses.

“I am shocked and outraged that there needs to be a debate about whether it is okay for wild animals to perform tricks in the big top,” Lewis wrote in the letter. “I add my voice to this campaign and to the World Society for the Protection of Animals, who is lending its support to an alliance of animal welfare groups campaigning for an end to this.”
