Maybe not, but former General Motors vice chairman Bob Lutz put the satirical talk show host to shame when they went head to head, leaving Colbert red-faced and out of breath and Lutz as steady as a sedan on cruise control.

Dr. Oz has always welcomed vegan topics on his daytime television show, and next week on October 28, Oz will invite author, dietitian and Forks Over Knives consultant Julieanna Hever to discuss the benefits of a plant-based diet, as well as demonstrate several recipes from her book, The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition.

According to the site from the publisher of her book, Hever will show the audience how to make the It’s Easy Being Green Smoothie, Noritos and Beans and Greens Chili.

Below is Hever demonstrating making Noritos, which are burritos made with seaweed wrap. Hever makes a Mediterranen, Japanese and Mexican version of this burrito twist.

Definitely not in the choir room.

On the premiere of Glee, Lea Michele‘s character Rachael Berry gets blasted with a heap of spaghetti.

According to Rumor Fix, extras on the set were given spaghetti and meatballs and salad to throw at the cast, but Michele insisted firmly she only be hit with noodles, proving once again that real meat isn’t necessary for that Hollywood special effect.

HBO will air a documentary this Wednesday, August 24 that follows the lives of four former puppy mill dogs and a woman who fights to rescue and rehabilitate hundreds of dogs like them.

Madonna of the Mills features Laura Amato, a woman who travels in Pennsylvania, cultivating relationships with people in the community in order to accomplish her mission.

The Whale portrays the story of Luna, who lands on the Nootka Sound area of British Columbia. Despite warnings from wildlife experts, humans found it hard to resist Luna’s company and longed to get closer to him.
