Starbucks Bistro Boxes Include Sesame Noodle And Tofu

Starbucks has announced that it will be expanding its meal options.

A line of bistro boxes priced at $4.95 and under 500 calories will include an option that sounds veg friendly.

The Sesame Noodle box features noodles, broccoli, carrots, red pepper, snap peas, with tofu, pickled cucumbers and sesame peanuts.

Top Chef season 4 and Top Chef All Stars season 8 competitor Dale Talde has teamed up with Annie Chun’s, Inc. to create several Pan-Asian recipes featuring the company’s products.

There are three signature recipes available, and one features a vegetarian dish made with Annie Chun’s Shiitake Soy Ginger Sauce and Soba Noodles with tofu steaks, snap peas and asparagus.

Actor, writer, director and producer Mike Binder has finally opened his Coney Dog restaurant in West Hollywood, a stop for all treats native to his hometown in Detroit like dogs, Faygo pop and Better Made Chips.

Russell Simmons was recently honored with a Stevie Award at the American Business Awards at the Mariott Marquis near  Times Square in New York.  Simmons won the honor of being the first person to receive the honorary Difference Maker Award.

With so much bad news about the ethics in business these days, it’s refreshing to hear someone who focuses on principles as well as profit. During the awards, Simmons took time to discuss the importance of keeping one’s values when offering solutions in the business world, which may require a little bit of creative thinking.
