Sheryl Crow is donating a portion of sales from an upcoming concert to the Cloud Foundation, a horse protection organization that is suing the U.S. government for rounding up wild horses and burros in the West.

The Bureau of Land Management would like to roundup 1,700 mustangs on the Nevada-Utah line.

Tom’s of Maine is promoting their vegan Simply White Toothpaste made with natural silicas, an alternative to harsh chemicals that whiten teeth.

Sheryl Crow has made her vegetarian and vegan fans happy by releasing a cookbook filled with recipes created with the help of her personal chef Chuck, who just so happens to be a vegetarian, that are veg-friendly.

One of the best ways to make a high-protein plant-based meal is to use a soy crumble alternative in place of hamburger.

Crow is working with Reverb, an organization which helps musicians educate their fans on greener living, to ensure her tour is more eco-friendly, so there are requirements for food to be organic, dishware to be biodegradable and cleaning supplies be non-toxic.
