The singer left the world at his famous home and recording studio, Paisley Park, in Chanhassen, Minnesota on Thursday, April 21, 2016.

He was 57.

Prince was known by many names including Jamie Starr, Alexander Nevermind, Joey Coco Prince, that symbol that was also called the “Love Symbol” and The Artist Formerly Known as Prince.

He was also known as a vegan.

So many influential people in the music industry have spoken on this shocking news, but producer L.A. Reid may have summed it up perfectly by noting that nothing like this was ever expected from someone apparently so healthy.

The new word for anything 4-letter is now “artichoke.”

Prince is featured as the cover boy for the July issue of Ebony and the crew had the pleasure of eating a four course vegan meal with the musician during the 12 hours they spent with him at Paisley Park in Chanhassen.

He’s set to receive the BET Lifetime achievement award on June 27, plus he was one of Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People for 2010 and was once voted PETA’s Sexiest Vegetarian in 2006.

The celebrity stalker, or, uh, the person who spotted him posted a picture of the text that was sent to someone else as the event took place.

If Prince got everything according to the menu, the veggie jambalaya comes with portobello mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower and baby carrots.

According to its website, Farmer Brown is a soul food restaurant, with an emphasis in supporting local, African-American farmers that produce organic and sustainable foods.

Apparently, it’s also where all the sexy MFs dine.
