Avocadoes are usually associated with guacamole, but Gwyneth Paltrow‘s cookbook, My Father’s Daughter, keeps the lushious green fruit together and lathers it with a dip instead.

Paltrow is known for her love of vegan mayo Vegenaise, and recommends it for the white, creamy topping that includes sour cream and dijon mustard.

Whole Living, a part of Martha Stewart‘s owned media company, Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc., has launched a smoothie app that is available on iTunes.

The app features smoothie recipes for weight loss, detox and pure taste enjoyment!

Stewart is a veg-friendly diva, and the app includes several recipes for smoothies that incorporate plant-based proteins, such as one for tofu and berries like the Power Protein Smoothie.
