Seth MacFarlane

Seth MacFarlane gave an interview to PETA where he discussed the use of animals in the movie industry and the impact of animal welfare on his latest film, A Million Ways to Die in the West.

“If it were up to me, that would be the law that you have to treat animals that way if you’re doing a movie,” MacFarlane said. “And I think at some point it will be. I think that’s the next big civil rights victory of sorts that will eventually find its way into actuality.”

Miss Tennessee USA Kristy Landers Niedenfuer

If vegetarian cooking isn’t a talent to showcase during the Miss USA competition, it should be.

Miss Tennessee USA Kristy Landers Niedenfuer will be competing in the 63rd annual Miss USA 2014 Pageant next month at the Baton Rouge River Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Niedenfuer is a longtime vegetarian who supports several charities, including the Humane Society of the United States.

Filmed in Spain, the video depicts a man hanging out with his best friend, a dog.

The two are seen enjoying peaceful moments outdoors and car rides in a quiet, country-like setting.

Jillian Michaels Rallies For NYC Carriage Horse Retirement

One of the coaches of The Biggest Loser was accompanied by members of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, New York City Council members and NYCLASS — a group that wants to replace the carriages with electric cars.
