Thousands have signed the petition urging Riverside County, California, District Attorney Paul Zellerbach to file felony cruelty charges against those responsible at the pet store.

March 11 marked the start of Be Cruelty-Free Week, a celebration of the European Union’s decision to ban the marketing and sale of cosmetics newly tested on animals.
