Robin Quivers has experienced more than few health challenges over the years.

Known best for her role as Howard Stern’s sidekick on his radio show, Quivers has adopted a vegan diet, lost almost 100 pounds, wrote a book on vegan health and recipes and even trained for a marathon.

If diet and lifestyle have anything to do with beating deadly diseases, Quivers’ work may have paid off.

Diagnosed with cancer, she has now gone public to say it is in full remission.

Pink Women's Health October 2013

Pink is showing off her ripped abs for the cover of the October 2013 issue of Women’s Health.

“I’ve worked hard for this body,” Pink said during an interview and photo shoot for the magazine.

The work involved to get a stomach like the pop singer who follows a mostly vegan diet includes 60-90 minutes a day of cardio work like martial arts, running, hiking and yoga.
