Pamela Anderson is known to tell other countries what they should be doing with their sex lives, now she’s at it again, this time writing a letter to India’s financial capital, Mumbai, asking that stray dogs be sterilized rather than killed.

Mumbai’s high court has recommended the dogs be killed, saying they are a nuisance to the public.

Pammie says just put a doggie condom on it. A permanent one.

”Dogs cannot use condoms, but… they can be fixed painlessly, quickly and permanently,” she wrote in a letter to city authorities and cited studies conducted by the Animal Welfare Board of India and the World Health Organisation.

”It is well established that killing stray dogs is not a permanent solution to controlling their populations…mass sterilisation of stray animals is the most viable solution to nuisance and health concerns in addition to being more humane.”

The dogs are practically a city of their own-70,000 strays wandering the streets of Mumbai and some say they are attacking pedestrians and cyclists.

The solution to animal control is never easy and stories such as these are a constant reminder that Bob Barker couldn’t have said it enough when he advised people to spay and neuter their pets.

John Cleese, the British actor most strongly associated with starting the Monty Python group of comedians, has a new much younger girlfriend who is, how should we say this, quite impressed with his goodies despite being an older man.

The 69 year old vegetarian has a 27 year old girlfriend, Barbie Orr, who happens to be vegan.

She says Cleese has the “package of a 19 year old” and she’s not talking UPS either.

“I can’t get into what he really looks like naked, but for an old guy, you know, they’re normally saggy down there, but he really has a nice package,” she told the UK Mirror.

Of course, you veg men out there know his great package has to be due to his diet, right? Even Barbie doll agrees, saying he “eats really well and he works out.”

Although there’s quite an age difference between them, Barbie is sure this will last forever. Or until he dies.

“I won’t have to break up with him and break his heart. I just have to go to his funeral!”

It might be awhile, Barbie. A plant based diet can make a man last really, really, long.

And not just in the bedroom.

Today is the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Holiday, which is observed in all 50 states in the U.S.

The day is meant to honor and remember the civil rights activists who changed so many lives through his beliefs in every human having equal rights.

Some might not know that his late wife, Coretta Scott King, was a vegetarian and sometimes raw vegan and their son, Dexter King is a vegan as well. He was inspired to do so by comedian and activist Dick Gregory, who has recorded several PSAs for PETA and equated using animals in circuses as “modern day slavery.”

“If you’re violent to yourself by putting [harmful] things into your body that violate its spirit, it will be difficult not to perpetuate that [violence] onto someone else,” Dexter was once quoted as saying.

It’s fantastic to know a family known for advocating fairness and justice extended their beliefs to include rights for animals as well.

Kate Moss is a year older. And according to all the reports on the net, she had a block party like no other this weekend.

The 35 year old who celebrated with some pals found uninvited police guests at her doorstep twice in one night after neighbors complained about the noise.

But what’s worse than a loud party keeping you up at night? Attending a party with a deer head on the wall!

Poor Stella McCartney and the rest of Kate’s veggie friends had a rough night, being surrounded by furry (dead) stuffed animals in Kate’s mansion, according to the UK Mirror.

In addition, Stella had to walk over various fur rugs scattered across the floor.

To top it off, Kate served roasted suckling pig.

Kate once said in an interview that she was a vegetarian for six months, then quit.

Earlier today, we told you Christie recently unveiled her new “Got Milk?” ad at the Sundance Film Festival recently.

Here’s a video of her shooting for the ad, along with an interview with the vegetarian supermodel. When she’s having problems getting her kids to eat healthy, she likes to rename the foods to something fun. We’re sure she’s not using any names Stephen Colbert uses, though.

Speaking of milk, you vegans might have something to say about this.

Milk comes with controversy, both for animal rights and health reasons. Will there be a time when a Got Soy Milk? campaign gets going? Or Rice milk. Or almond milk. Who would you like to see wear a non-dairy milk mustache?

We’ve been talking about this Veggies For The Children moment for months! Since we’re so close to inducting the man featured on this video named Barack Obama, we thought we’d let you watch it.

Obama says that in the interest of full disclosure, he has to admit he likes a steak every once in awhile. And he’s not going to lie about barbecue either. But he realizes the importance of how a healthier diet, which includes more plant based items, can reduce rates of obesity related diseases like diabetes. He adds that it takes more grain to produce a pound of beef versus just eating the grain.

Let’s face it, beautiful women have power.

So it’s no surprise to hear that supermodel Christie Brinkley had power over her family when she decided to turn vegetarian as a teenager.

“I became a vegetarian when I was 13 and then got my entire family to become vegetarians,” she recently told PEOPLE when asked her secret to looking gorgeous at 54.

She was unveiling her new Got Milk? ad at Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah.

She also said nutrition had always been important in her life as well as working out on her total gym.

No doubt her attention to nutrition is what kept her healthy and sane during her messy divorce to ex Peter Cook.
