Sure you already know it’s easy to get protein and you probably have already figured out strong bones and all the benefits of dairy aren’t coming from a cow.

But when you grow tired of eating veggie take-out or delivery and ready to cook your own meals, do you know what to look for at the grocer?

Ireland Baldwin is the daughter of actor and animal activist Alec Baldwin, but she’s not living off her father’s fame.

The 17-year old who stands over six feet tall announced on her Twitter account that she’s just signed a modeling deal with IMG.

Baldwin tall and slim physique fits the profile of a supermodel and judging from her food diaries she entered on her Tumblr account, she may serve as a role model for healthy eating as well.

Wrigley Field

Chicago Cubs officials have announced they have partnered with Levy Restaurants to brings fans at Wrigley Field vegetarian hot dogs.

This is another addition to many of Wrigley’s veggie options that include meatless burgers and wraps.

Fans will be able to pile on all the traditional toppings on a meat-free dog at the ballpark named as one of PETA’s most veggie friendly.

Asia Drummer Carl Palmer Went Vegan In “Heat Of The Moment”

Carl Palmer, drummer for the rock band Asia, went vegan last year after an e. coli infection that forced the band to cancel a tour.

“It has changed my whole life,” Palmer said in an interviewed posted to Classic Rock Revisited. “I have become a Vegan. I don’t eat any dairy, cheese, milk, meat or whatever. I can’t eat anything that’s got a face. I just never want to be this ill again.”

The first step to a great s’more is a good graham cracker.

While traditional graham crackers may contain dairy ingredients like butter, Deen has created a cracker that’s just as vegan as the marshmallows Sweet and Sara makes.

Alicia Silverstone sparked controversy awhile back when she posted a video of herself feeding her infant by pre-chewing the food in her mouth before placing it in his.

While some were repulsed by this idea, Silverstone and experts said it helps increase the nutrition absorbed by the baby’s system and provides for bonding time.

While there’s evidence this practice is natural and helpful with infants, there’s not much on the benefits of doing this adult to adult. But in a recent YouTube clip, Silverstone is out to shock her critics again. The vegan actress confesses she often chews food for her husband Christopher Jarecki before placing it in his mouth.
