While it’s easier to find food almost anywhere in the world today than it was a decade ago, it still can be a struggle.

“It can be challenging, you don’t get to eat the foods you normally eat at home,” Caillat said. “You can’t cook. You’re on a bus with tons of people and different cities every day living out of a suitcase. It’s a lot of wear on your mind and body.”
