Erin McKenna, founder and owner of BabyCakes has recorded a short clip for Business Insider on how she started one of the most popular vegan bakeries in New York City.

McKenna has published two cookbook and received praised from dozens of vegan dessert loving celebrities like Zooey Deschanel, Kiernan Shipka and Jason Schwartzmann.

This little cookie has some interesting history behind it, including the fact its pre-vegan days included pork.

Maria Shriver is one of several investors in a new chain of pizza restaurants, Blaze Pizza.

The company offers several pizzas on the menu, but promotes its ability to allow the customer to build its own.

Other investors include Boston Red Sox co-owner Tom Werner; film and TV producer John Davis; Panda Express founder Andrew Cherng, and Shriver’s son, Patrick Schwarzenegger.

“We love pizza,” Shriver told Bloomberg News. “My son and I are really excited to be in the pizza business.”
