'Damages' Season Three Premiere

Did you hear the rumor that Ted Danson was a vegan?

It’s absolutely NOT true.

“Oh yeah, no, I’m an actor,” Danson told GQ magazine. “Which means one week I’m vegan, the next I don’t know.”

He emphasized his reluctance to be vegetarian even more during the interview when he jokingly said he would order the California condor or gorilla, deciding on scallops in the end.

No, not even sharing the Bored To Death set with vegan Jason Schwartzman has pulled Danson to the veg side yet.

Danson does consider himself an environmentalist and narrates End of the Line, a film about the depletion of fish.

Actor Ted Danson narrates End of the Line, which opened in theaters yesterday.

Ted explains why some of us pescetarians and others who eat fish, should definitely take a look at the movie and examine our dietary choices afterwards.

Overfishing has become such a problem, some scientists estimate that if we continue at the rate we’re going, the oceans will be depleted of fish by 2048.

Be sure to check out this trailer for End of the Line after hearing Ted’s speech.

We told you how Alicia Silverstone and several other celebrities had signed a letter addressed to Nobu, telling the restaurants to take endangered bluefin tuna off the menu.

Some British celebrities have gotten in on the act and created this ad to protest the consumption of the fish.

Actresses Greta Scacchi, Emilia Fox and writer Terry Gilliam bare all.

Terry is such a champ, standing there patiently while the fish gets love from Greta and Emilia.

Speaking of fish, what’s going on with this one? It isn’t bluefin. Possibly cod? And either the guy’s a complete plastic fake (but who in Hollywood isn’t) or he’s photoshopped himself in there to make his friends think two hot chicks are macking on him.

The bluefin protest is perfectly timed with the release of End of the Line, which warns that overfishing could lead to the end of seafood by 2048.
