Gwyneth Paltrow is a flexible chef and it’s not because of the yoga moves she does at home.

The actress and cookbook author frequently makes vegetarian meals that she discusses on her Goop website. And for the meals that are meat-based, she’s a good one to call on for plant-based substitutions.

Like the one in her Chili recipe featuring sweet potatoes.

Daniella Monet

Daniella Monet stars in a new PETA2 ad that encourages people to replace the fish on their plate with something plant-based.

Even vegetarians can be guilty of indulging in occasional fish or forgetting that the food technically does count as meat.

“Not a lot of people touch on fish and how important it is to eliminate that and keep that veggie diet,” Monet says in an interview in a clip that includes behind the scenes shot from the making of the ad.

“I thought “Why not do an underwater mermaid show and stress that you don’t need fish and let the fish swim with the mermaids.”
