Written by Vegetarian Star on Friday, July 30th, 2010 in Animal Issues, Business, Charitable Causes And Campaigns, Food & Drink, Restaurants.

What do you get when you combine Chicago’s famous vegetarian restaurant plus the makers of Daiya vegan cheese? Help that will result in a big “thank you” from every rescued animal that’s a victim of the Gulf Coast oil spill.
From now until August 31, for every “Radical Reuben” purchased at the Chicago Diner, $1 will be donated to Gulf Coast Wildlife Rescue organizations.
