Alicia Silverstone kicked off the tour for the paperback edition of her vegan diet and cookbook, The Kind Diet, at Barnes & Nobles bookstore in Los Angeles.

Along with displaying her book, Silverstone showed off her baby bump in a Rebecca Taylor dress paired with House of Lavande jewelry and Aldo “Capecoral” pumps.

The actress is expecting her first child with husband Christopher Jarecki and has taken to her blog to talk about vegan pregnancies and breastfeeding.

Nothing gives the vegan diet a better advertisment than a vegan woman with the biggest pregnant glow on earth!

Alicia Silverstone and her husband Christopher Jarecki are expecting a child in a few more months, so Alicia must know a thing or two about eco-friendly lovin’!

The actress took to her blog to discuss how to have an environmentally friendly Valentine’s Day, which is less than two weeks away.

Alicia recommended the perfect wine, flowers, chocolates, cards and even sexy nighties.

Just moments after posting a series about vegan pregnancy, Alicia Silvestone announces she and husband Christopher Jarecki are expecting their first veggie child.

On her blog, The Kind Life, Silverstone writes:

Alicia Silverstone‘s husband Christopher Jarecki temporarily took over her blog, The Kind Life, to write about their rescue dogs while Alicia was away on stage in New York.

All four of the couple’s dogs, The Pig, Lacey, Sampson, and Sweety are rescued, and Christopher shares a bed with The Pig, a bulldog.

“I know that some of you are aware of the benefits of rescuing dogs and avoiding breeders and pet stores,” writes Christopher. ” But if there are any of you who aren’t quite sure why rescuing is so much better than buying a dog, let me know and I can do a whole blog about it.”

Will there be a regular animal segment of The Kind Life coming soon, thanks to the hubby?

Christopher Jarecki, rock musician and husband of Alicia Silverstone, is normally a pretty well behaved man.

But every once in awhile he gets “naughty.”

When asked if her husband was also vegan, Silverstone replied, “He’s a vegan who flirts with fish. Sometimes he gets naughty and has a little fish here or there.”

But the most important question is: How does Alicia punish Christopher for being bad?

Alicia Silverstone discusses "The Kind Diet" on the "Rachael Ray Show"

Alicia Silverstone made an appearance on the Rachael Ray Show today to pay the celebrity chef a visit and discuss her new book, The Kind Diet.

Alicia has her husband, Christopher Jarecki, to thank for turning her eating habits around.

“I was on a steak, bresaola and donut diet at the time when I met him, so he was thrilled when I started eating healthier,” Alicia said. “He was like, ‘Honey you are just going to fall apart with the way you’re eating!”

Thanks goodness Christopher set her straight!

Like OMG, did you hear that Tina and Jim broke up, Marissa is pregnant, and Alicia Silverstone was eating tuna?!

Yes, this is how rumors get started people. We don’t know if this one is true or not, but with all the celebs seemingly having two faces lately, one for the veg heads and the other for the omnivores, we’re not so sure anymore.

Alicia Silverstone was reported to have grabbed a…tuna sandwich…while in the company of her husband, Christopher Jarecki, before heading off to a wedding at a private residence. But we have questions about this speculation…

Even after clicking on the pictures and seeing them in large view, we can’t tell what the sandwich is. It’s still in the container and you can’t make out the print. And there’s not one pic of either of them (Christopher is a vegetarian as well) putting anything in their mouths. It could have even been a veggie faux tuna sandwich.

We’re keeping mum on this one and hope our favorite Raw Balls girl didn’t cheat.
