Sherlyn Chopra, Bollywood actress who has worked with the animal rights group People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, will be baring a lot more than she did in her PETA India “Wings and Chains Belong in the Bedroom, Not in the Circus” ad.

Chopra has signed on to be the first Indian woman to pose nude for Playboy.

Expect to see Chopra in the November issue, but don’t look for a copy in India, where the magazine is illegal.

Charlotte Ross Visits Chimpanzees In Sanctuary

Charlotte Ross, NYPD actress who had a spot on Glee, recently took some time to spend with her chimpanzee friends at the Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest in Washington state.

Ross kept Burrito and several of his friends known as the “Cle Elum Seven” company. The group has been retired after living for years at an animal research lab in Pennsylvania.

“I had the incredible opportunity to visit Chimpanzee Sanctuary Northwest where I was able to learn more about these magnificent creatures and the wonderful environment that sanctuaries are able to provide for them,” said Ross.

If you think driving in your used, held together by duct tape on some parts car is uncomfortable to drive without air conditioning, just imagine what it’s like for those who can’t sweat.

Baseball Hall of Fame star George Brett is posing in an ad for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals to remind pet owners never to leave a dog in a parked (or even idling) car during the summer’s heat.

“Summer is here and family activities are in full swing. Make sure that your entire home team is protected from the heat,” says Brett in the video.

Morrissey PETA Ad Puts Cat On Vegetarian Musician’s Mind

Being the accomplished singer he is, Morrissey probably has a lot on his mind these days. That doesn’t mean he won’t take the time to think about all the homeless cats and dogs in the world and remind animal lovers that the best way to control the unwanted pet population is by spaying and neutering.

“Despite the fact that they’re incredibly intelligent, animals unfortunately haven’t yet worked out how to slip on a rubber, which is why thousands of them are being put to sleep in overcrowded shelters and thousands more are desperately waiting to be adopted,” the British singer said.
