The Ashley Judd vs. Sarah Palin feud now has a third party jumping in. CNN has featured a clip from Showbiz Tonight with several people weighing in on the debate, but it looks as though they’re all weighted down on Palin’s side.

Recap: Sarah Palin thinks Alaskans should be able to shoot wolves from a plane. Ashley Judd says no. Ashley teams up with Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund to record a video, helping to give the group publicity as they keep adding details to their “list” of the decisions Palin has made regarding the environment and animals. Sarah Palin calls them “extreme.” Judd get on Larry King Live to further discuss Palin’s record. Even The View’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck throws her two cents in

Sit back and take in the latest discussion, folks. Gotta feeling there’s much more to come.

Sarah Palin is not a woman who sits back and takes it, and much to the disappointment of those who wanted her to go away after the Presidential election, she is one that will remain in the public eye for awhile.

He latest outcry is defending Alaska’s Wildlife Management policies and her approval of aerial wolf hunting.

She scolded the Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund for their EyeonPalin.org campaign, which is meant to track what they insist is her record of ignoring scientific evidence in her decisions about wildlife and conservation.

“Alaskans depend on wildlife for food and cultural practices which can’t be sustained when predators are allowed to decimate moose and caribou populations,” Palin said in a statement, supporting her decision on aerial wolf hunting.

She referred to the group as being an “extreme fringe” one, and accused it of distorting the facts of Alaska’s Wildlife management program.

“Shame on the Defenders of Wildlife for twisting the truth in an effort to raise funds from innocent and hard-pressed Americans struggling with these rough economic times.”

Defenders of Wildlife has gotten support from vegetarian actress Ashley Judd, who recently filmed a video voicing her concern for Palin’s policies.

Actress Ashley Judd is watching Sarah Palin more closely than someone trying to score points throwing snowballs at her in a PETA game.

The Golden Globe nominated actress has joined forces with Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund in a web based campaign against Palin and her anti-conservation views.

According to EyeonPalin.org, the website is a “national campaign dedicated to exposing Alaska Governor Sarah Palin’s anti-conservation agenda.”

The organization first put Palin on the spot last year during the Presidential campaign season when it highlighted her record supporting the aerial killing of wolves.

“Sarah Palin isn’t fading into the background, so neither are we,” said Defenders Action Fund President Rodger Schlickeisen. “Given her known political aspirations, the American public deserves to know what she’s doing in Alaska, and about her extreme anti-conservation policies. The list is long, and we will document it all, from her continued promotion of the aerial slaughter of wolves and bears, to her lawsuit to remove the polar bear from the endangered species list, even as the sea ice melts beneath it.”

Watch the video below to hear Ashley give her two cents on the matter.
