Nora Jones "The Fall"

Nora Jones has a new album coming out November 17 2009, The Fall.

Much like we brought you the vegan verses from Method Man‘s Blackout! Vol. 2, we’re excited to inform you Nora has the dilemma of choosing between a pothead or a vegan lover in Man of the Hour.

Though we were rooting for the vegan, we’re not entirely disappointed in the company she chose to keep–her album co star dog!

“It’s him or me/That’s what he said/But I can’t choose between a vegan and a pothead/So I chose you.”

You can never go wrong with a four legged date!

Method Man is truly a vegetarian metrosexual. Not only does he have good taste in food, he knows how to keep his skin looking pretty.

He and Redman gave some tips for being vegetarian and healthy like filling up on edamame, which according to Method Man, has skin purifying qualities.

Redman lost weight by shunning McDonald’s (which obviously helps in staying the vegetarian course) and Method Man says hit up Whole Foods like it’s the mecca for hot ladies, citing their variety of fake meat crumbles and veggie burger collections.

The guys are sharing the veg secret everywhere, as they even have a veggie reference in one of their songs on their latest album Blackout! Vol. 2.

Method Man and Redman have recorded a new album, Blackout! Vol. 2, and their latest rhymes have some veggie rhythms to them.

We would never promote the use of drugs, but feel it’s necessary to emphasize that although Method raps about following Amy Winehouse’s lead and rejecting rehab, at least his Method Woman is off meat.

From track 12, Dis Iz 4 All My Smokers:

They tried to make me go to rehab, no
Tell my P.O. that I ain’t trying to let the weed bag go
You can catch me in the whip pushing the seats back slow, my chick’s a vegan, that mean she off the meat rack, though.
