Steve-O Narrates “What Came Before” For Farm Sanctuary (Video)

Steve-O has narrated a short film about the intelligence of farmed animals like pigs, cows and chickens.
Produced by Farm Sanctuary, What Came Before is approximately a 10 minute video that also discusses the horrors animals experience on farms, as well as rescue stories.
The film begins with a story about a pig rescued from a farm after strong floods hit Iowa.
“Pigs like Nicky are some of the smartest animals on earth,” Steve-o says.
“Like dolphins and elephants, pigs understand how mirrors work. And like some primates, they’ve even been taught to play simple video games.”
