Christine Taylor and Ben Stiller are trying to raise their children on a plant-based diet, but Taylor admits it’s a little harder once they’ve been introduced to animal products.

“We have friends that are vegan and their kids came out vegan,” Taylor told People. “I’m so jealous that they had the information and they started the kids early because now to go back, it’s a little harder.”

The information on raising healthy, vegan kids is available from dozens of reputable sources, including Lisa Dorfman, board certified sports dietitian, registered dietitian, licensed mental health counselor, director of the Masters in Nutrition for Health & Human Performance Program in the Department of Kinesiology & Sport Sciences at University of Miami, and author of four books on nutrition including the The Vegetarian Sports Nutrition Guide.

Model Christine Taylor is the new face behind Nourish, an organic, vegan skin care line containing natural ingredients and not tested on animals.

“A lot of times products will say 100 percent natural, but this one actually works,” Christine told Bella Sugar. “Every person in my family has different favorites, and it’s in every bathroom.”
