Written by Vegetarian Star on May 2nd, 2012 in Authors, Chefs, Food & Drink, Recipes.

Roberto Martin, the personal chef to Ellen DeGeneres who’s just published his first cookbook, has shared a few recipes from Vegan Cooking for Carnivores with Today.
DeGeneres’ wife Portia de Rossi wrote in the forward to Vegan Cooking, “Roberto taught me that the key to making good food vegan is substitution…you can enjoy all your favorite foods and never feel deprived.”
There’s no deprivation with these three recipes for Vegan Southern Fried Chicken, Mac’ n Cheese and Chocolate Chip Magic Bars.
