Facebook Game “My Conservation Park” Benefits Conservation Groups

Facebook just keeps getting greener and greener.
Farmville went organic. CEO Mark Zuckerberg went almost vegetarian except for the occasional goat and lobsters he kills himself. And now, a game called “My Conservation Park” will let you play park ranger while raising money for the organizations that do it in real life.
The game that launches later this week challenges players to create sustainable habitats for endangered animals and protect them from threats such as those from humans and other man-made changes.
The better your habitat, the more points you earn in “Conservation Cash” and “Good World Game.”
Gotta love the names for those currencies!
According to Grist, 15% of any in-game purchase goes towards conservation groups.
