Steve-O Has Vegan Breakfast And Lunch Covered

If Steve-O wanted to start writing his own vegan cookbook, he’d already have two recipes that would knock his fans’ socks off.
His ideas for breakfast and lunch were shared with The Edmonton Journal, and they’re definitely suited for the simple cook in all of us.
“Generally in the morning I make a mixture of whole grain cereal with almond milk and a slice of banana on it. And about once a day I’ll eat a whole pack of Tofurky. I love that stuff, man. I’ll just eat it right out of the pack with mustard.”
Eh, okay. So Mustard dipped Tofurky isn’t in your bookmarks for top veg recipes.
So he’s not quite as skilled as Julia Child yet, but he’s young and there’s still time to work on his craft. Plus, great chefs keep up with trends. Steve probably knows that almond milk is one of the non-dairy beverages that continue to grow in demand while dairy milk consumption keeps declining. Not to mention it’s a great way for him to get just as much Vitamin D and calcium that’s in cow’s milk.
Steve-O is currently in Edmonton for some comedy shows, but plans to do a little activism while he’s there.
Edmonton is where Lucy the Elephant lives, the famous pachyderm that many celebrities like Bob Barker are calling for her release to a sanctuary in a warmer climate.
