Alicia Silverstone‘s book on vegan conception, pregnancy and motherhood, The Kind Mama, will be released in the Spring of 2014.
The actress has posted a sneak preview trailer to her website that was created to complement her first vegan book, The Kind Diet.
In the clip above, Silverstone explains that her latest book is meant to change women’s idea of what it means to be “knocked up.”
