Katy Perry has a fish eating vegetarian sister, who’ll waste no time giving her the smackdown  if she catches her eating other meat.

“My sister makes me watch what I eat. She’s a pescatarian, a vegetarian who eats fish, and she’s lost so much weight from being that. She’ll scream at me if some of the crew on my tour get hot pizza for a snack and I want some. Sometimes I can grab a slice, but if my sister sees me, I get a verbal lashing! I eat secretly in the corner – my one pepperoni slice.”

Hopefully, this will keep Katy, the aspiring vegetarian who can’t give up chicken, in line.

Otherwise, little sis might have to break out the leather-free belt for a good whipping!

Looking for a goth comic strip starring one unconventional veg gal?

Look no further than the Nemi Volume 3 collection by Norwegian artist Lisa Myhre.

Volume 3 features Nemi and her sidekick Cyan searching for the meaning of life and love and men.

Sounds vague and kinda boring, but Nemi is a character known for making bars her second home and having a temper that results in losing her job after beating a customer for buying Christina Aguilera and not Alice Cooper.

Yikes!

Hate to know what she does to her stepmother, Evilina, who wears fur to the mostly vegetarian, but sometimes fish consuming Nemi’s objection.

Much confusion in the land of blogging.

Gym Class Heroes front man Travis McCoy revealed his favorite spots to hang while in New York.

One such place is Curly’s, which makes sense, considering Travis says he’s been a vegetarian for the past 5 years.

Another joint you might find him in is City Crab. And when asked the reason he frequented there, his reply was, “I go to eat crab legs, bro. Copious and disgusting amounts of it.”

Is Travis  one of those crabby pescetarians?  

Now granted, Travis is known for his bizarre humor, as he once said his last meal on earth would be a dinosaur burger to compensate for the fact that he’s been abstaining from meat for so long.

And it’s kind of strange he would mention both a vegetarian and seafood restaurant as two of his faves.

When it comes to defining a vegetarian diet, most would agree abstaining from beef is a no brainer. But some have different standards when it comes to eating fish and other seafood, pescetarians, as they are called.

But Morrissey doesn’t have any doubts about sea food and took time to educate one of his former valets who spilled the beans that Morrissey will fire anyone caught eating meat while working for him on tour. More from Monsters and Critics:

“I asked what the view is on fish,” Andrew Winters told Britain’s The Times newspaper. “Sea food is sea life, I was informed, so the same rule applies.”

He was applying as a valet for a two week tour with Morrissey when inquiring about the “requirements” of the job.

So beef, poultry, and sea life can all get you canned. Or an ugly shirt.

Winters was fired after one day (but not for eating sea life).

The road manager told him he didn’t do anything wrong and said, “It’s nothing to do with you, really. It could have been the shirt you were wearing, your haircut, anything. Please don’t take it personally. This happens.”

No, sometimes Morrissey just wants to say “sea ya!”
