Nia Long Of “Single Moms Club” Goes Weeks Without Meat

Nia Long, one of the leading stars in Tyler Perry‘s latest film, Single Moms Club, gave some tips on how she stays fit and fabulous well into her fourth decade.
As she grows older and wider, Long, who did an anti-fur ad for PETA, may not be opposed to adding vegetariansim to her list of future challenges.
She’s already doing it part-time.
“I’m not a vegetarian now,” Long, who advises women to listen to their own bodies when it comes to diet questions, said. “I will go for weeks at a time eating no meat, but every now and then I will crave and eat a great burger.”
“I also always stay hydrated and I do drink the green stuff. I don’t mind green healthy drinks because I was raised a vegetarian.”
