“Masterchef” Vegetarian Bri Kozior Making Meaty Sausages On Show

Tonight’s Masterchef will have the contestants making sausage.
Even the vegetarian one.
Bri Kozior shouldn’t even be nibbling on her final product, but in the heat of the competition, who knows?
According to Patch, she’s been “impressing the judges” with her ability to prepare meat.
She saved herself from an elimination round on an earlier episode by whipping together a dish filled with shrimp.
Sucking it in and showing what she can do with animal flesh may be a way to get her foot in the door in the culinary industry. If she wins, she may be able to use the spotlight to teach how these meals can be veganized.
Still, it’s a little disappointing she’s hasn’t used the role to at least attempt to wow the judges with plant-based versions of dishes or incorporated a more flexitarian theme like Nikki Dinki.
Masterchef airs tonight at at 9 p.m. on Fox.
