Quantcast Vegetarian StarKelly Brook Victoria Beckham Like It “Honestly Healthy”

Honestly Healthy Cookbook

A book by renown vegetarian chef Natasha Corrett has been placed on the kitchen shelves of several celebrities.

In a recent Tweet, Victoria Beckham gushed how she loved the “healthy eating cookbook.”

And in a snapshot posted to her Instagram account, the cookbook is featured among several next to Kelly Brook‘s morning breakfast.

Honestly Healthy focuses on making foods less acidic, an issue believed by some to be responsible for multiple health conditions, especially those involving the digestive system.

Chef Corrett feels removing the animal and other certain products from foods goes a long way in relieving this ailments.

“Things that we cut out are wheat, gluten, sugar, fried sugars, cow’s dairy, caffeine and alcohol,” she said. “It’s a much more simple way of eating. I hate being told I can’t have something. So you can have pizza, pasta and brownies but they are done in an alternative, inventive way.”

In addition to dish ideas from Corrett, Honestly Healthy contains input from Vicki Edgson, clinical nutrition consultant and co-author of In Bed with the Food Doctor.
