“Chloe’s Vegan Desserts” Coscarelli’s First All Dessert Cookbook

Chloe Coscarelli originally won fans with her dairy-free cupcakes, but soon gained more loyal veggie followers with recipes for pasta, tofu dishes, vegan twists on old-fashion comfort foods and more.
Coscarelli’s first dessert cookbook, Chloe’s Vegan Desserts: More than 100 Exciting New Recipes for Cookies and Pies, Tarts and Cobblers, Cupcakes and Cakes–and More!, is set for release in February.
In addition to the cupcake recipes like those that won her the championship on Food Network’s Cupcake Wars, Chloe’s Vegan Desserts promises another world of vegan sweets that includes lemon poppy seed muffins, crumb cake, tiramisu pancakes, cookies and sorbets.
Chloe’s Vegan Desserts also takes on favorite packaged goodies found at the gas station or grocery store with Coscarelli’s Oreo-style Chloe O’s, Pumpkin Whoopie Pies and Animal Cookies.
The holidays will never be the same (or with dairy) with Coscarelli’s versions of classics like Holiday Trifle, Nuts for Hot Cocoa, and Pumpkin Spice Latte.
