Quantcast Vegetarian StarPink Rocks “Shape Magazine” With Svelte Figure And Diet Advice

Singer Pink has lost the 55 pounds she gained during the pregnancy of her first child, Willow.

She is gracing the cover of the November 2012 issue of Shape Magazine, showing what a mostly vegan diet can do for the body.

In addition to her plant-based diet, Pink aims for an hour of cardio or yoga on most days.

Her former personal trainer, Gregory Joujon-Roche, gave this piece of health advice to Shape readers.

“Go green for a day! Just try it. Everything you put in your mouth should be green, except water. There are so many healthy green foods, like green salad, avocado, apples, and juice. Do it once a month. You’ll feel really good for doing it and your body will love you for it. It’ll save your life.”
