Lea Michele is luring Cory Monteith even closer to the vegan lifestyle.
The couple was spotted in Vancouver recently, having dined at The Eatery, a vegan-friendly Japanese restaurant offering more than miso soup and avocado veggie sushi.
Choose simple and get your udon, ramen or soba noodles with tofu. Or expand your palate with seaweed salads, tempuras and curries. You can also jump straight to the exclusively vegetarian platters and rolls sections, opting for dishes like The Moby. Named after the famous vegan musician, the veggie roll contains shiitake mushrooms cooked in a sweet soy sauce, mixed with avocado and sesame seeds.
Go for an authentic Japanese dish with a Donburi bowl, a rice bowl dish containing vegetables and protein like teriyaki tofu.
Finally, have your dessert and eat it too with Eatery Boats, creations featuring rice and ice cream.
