World’s Meatiest Sandwich Created For “Man v. Food Nation”

Meet the World’s Meatiest Sandwich, a disaster created by British chef and restaurateur Tristan Welch.
The sandwich measures 25-inches high, 24-inches wide, weighs more than 28 pounds and if anyone is willing to give their arteries a beating, it’s estimated to take about 10 hours to eat.
Created for the launch of Man v. Food Nation on Food Network UK, which follows host Adam Richman around during his food adventures, World’s Meatiest Sandwich contains 41 different kinds of meat, including:
- 1,445 grams of ham
- 2 kilograms of salami
- turkey and bacon
- 1 kilogram of sausages
- 720 grams of chorizo
- > 28 lbs. of nastiness
