Jennifer Nicole Lee "Fun Fit Foodie Cookbook"

Jennifer Nicole Lee, fitness model, actress, motivational speaker and author, has published her third diet and nutrition book, The Jennifer Nicole Lee Fun Fit Foodie Cookbook: JNL’s Secret Super Fitness Model Fat Blasting & Muscle Fueling Recipes.

Known as “JNL” to her fans and the fitness community, Jennifer received an email from a fan who wanted to know if a vegetarian could also be a “fun, fit foodie.”

The obvious answer was “yes” and JNL made a video of herself cooking with her favorite vegetable–asparagus.

Calling the vegetable a natural diuretic, JNL says she consumes asparagus regularly as a way of staying cleansed and thin.

JNL makes an asparagus soup with onions, potatoes and other veggie components below, recommends brown rice as a complement and suggests the local farmer’s market for the biggest, meatiest looking stalks.
