Stephanie Izard “Top Chef” Champion Has Vegetarian Butcher

Former Top Chef champion Stephanie Izard is far from being vegetarian. She was criticized by PETA and similar activists for serving veal at one of her restaurants.
This hasn’t stopped her from hiring a vegetarian, although most of us would rather see him in a better position than that of a BUTCHER!
“Yes, I am a vegetarian butcher,” Izard’s employee says in this video below.
“At this point I’m kind of like, used to it. It’s been like 10 years. Just working in restaurants I’ve always been around it. So it’s not too bad.”
All this was said while footage of the crew picked up pig heads wrapped in plastic that would later serve as the centerpiece on the table.
Could any of you get “used to” to that?
If there’s something good that could come out of a vegetarian butcher, maybe at least Izard’s will convince her to introduce some plant-protein based meals at her businesses.
