Vegetarian Star

At first, Vegetarian Star thought it might not be a good idea to talk about Mayim Bialik being named one of the Top 20 Jews in the Arts by Shalom Life.

Bialik hates gossip, so she should probably wouldn’t be happy to know we like to talk about everything vegan in her life like her vegan pediatrician for her son Miles or her double chocolate brownies recipe.

When Shalom Life asked Bialik what her biggest pet peeve was, she answered, “Others gossiping about others, or gossiping to me. It’s something I try very hard not to participate in or listen to.”

Oops. Well, she’s going to hate us, because we can’t wait to blab to everyone that her favorite place for a good vegan meal in the LA area is Real Food Daily.

“Real Food Daily is a certified Kosher organic sugar-free vegan gourmet restaurant here in LA. They make Vegan Nachos that are incredible, and they also make the best chocolate cupcake around!”

The vegan “Not-Chos” feature tortilla chips with melted cashew cheese, black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and tofu sour cream.

We also heard another rumor that if you want even more of a taco experience, you can “Tac’ O the Town” with seasoned seitan inside of corn tortillas, plus lots of onions and peppers, guacamole, pico de gallo, spanish rice, black beans and tofu sour cream.
