Alicia Silverstone Pregnancy Cravings And Breastfeeding Tips

Alicia Silverstone is craving all things delicious as expected for a vegan mother-to-be.
According to People, the actress recently stopped into M Cafe to tell the staff that although she’d already eaten a big meal, she’d be back later for some vegan eggs Benedict!
Guess the little vegan person #2 she’s carrying never gets tired of good food!
The actress has been blogging on her own and vegan pregnancies in general at her site, The Kind Life, and she recently tackled the issue of breastfeeding.
Silverstone shared some advice she received from GirlieGirlArmy.com.
Here are a couple of tips via GirlieGirl:
Look And Learn:
“Learn by watching. Sit with a new mother and watch her breastfeed her baby – ask her questions, discuss challenges that she’s faced. If you don’t know anyone who is currently breastfeeding, attend a local breastfeeding support group.”
Have More Than One Nursing Bra:
“You’re going to want at least two nursing bras when you’re starting out – one to wear, and one to wash. Choose a nursing bra with flexible sizing, and cottony comfort as your size will be changing, especially throughout those first few weeks. The GGA Mom Squad swear by the Bravado Bras and tanks, and we tried every brand. The Bravado were endlessly comfortable, durable, sensible, and great under everything. Our faves? The Body Silk Seamless Nursing and the Essential Nursing Bra Tank. Trust us, any other brand will just sit in your drawer and rot.”
