Pamela Anderson Has Samosas On The Mind When In India

Pamela Anderson has already given some love to the Indian dish tikka paneer, and recently she told DNA India there’s another dish the country reminds her of.
“When I think of India, I think of samosas…fabulous country, fabulous food. I love to eat and am so glad India has so many amazing vegetarian options; I had a fun time trying different things.”
When we think of samosas, we think of a delicately crisp crust pocket filled with spiced vegetables like potatoes, peas and onions, dipped in a tangy chutney like tamarind, cilantro or mango.
In Central Asia, samosas are served like fast food, available at kiosks where hot snacks like burgers are normally sold. Kazakhstan may make the healthiest samosas when prepared without meat, as theirs are usually baked and almost never fried.
The best place to get the samosa experience is at an authentic Indian restaurant (ones with buffets are bonuses as you’ll want to get seconds and possibly thirds of these triangular finger foods). Some vegetarian food companies make them available frozen. Or, if you’re an aspiring Indian dish chef, find a recipe online for one that sounds tasty and make them yourself.
