“Tofu. I thought that was like touche. I didn’t know it was food.”

—Snooki, on every veg’s favorite soybean curd. The topic of tofu came up on an episode of Jersey Shore when she, Sammi “Sweetheart” and JWoWW have a bite to eat at restaurant. Thankfully, JWOWW comes to the rescue and explains tofu is, “all-protein, it has no taste and it takes the taste of whatever.” JWOWW gets extra points as our sweetheart because she adds that it’s “good for you,” and doesn’t have any derogatory statements about tofu or vegetarians.
