Eric Johnson, Jessica Simpson Fiancee, Plans Vegan Fast Food Chain

[picappgallerysingle id="9790928"]So former NFL player Eric Johnson and Jessica Simpson are engaged, with an expected wedding date by the end of the year. Terrific! More importantly, however, is the expected date that Eric will open his chain of vegan fast food restaurants!
From E! Online:
“His new one is a plan to start a fast-food vegan restaurant in L.A. and eventually expand them across the country,” says a pal of the couple. “Jessica’s supportive of everything he wants to do, so she’s into it.”
Months ago, Simpson was Tweeted about her experience trying new vegan foods like Earth Balance vegan butter. Johnson also reportedly got Simpson excited about cooking vegan.
Will Eric’s soon-to-be wife be the guinea pig for all the dishes the new fast food chain has to offer?
