Feed Trick-Or-Treat

You’ve checked the list of animal-free candy and ingredients to watch out for if an unknown brand gets placed in your child’s trick-or-treat pail. You’re religiously following the tips for a Cheap and Eco-Friendly Halloween, such as making costumes from clothing and fabric already in your closet or going to the local thrift store. The only way to top this off is to collect candy in a reusable bag designed for a great humanitarian cause.

FEED Projects, co-founded by Lauren Bush and Ellen Gustafson, has launched their FEED Trick-or-Treat bags exclusively at HSN.com/hsncares.

The FEED Trick-or-Treat project marks the launch of a new FEED/HSN partnership with the U.S. Fund for UNICEF in honor of the 60th anniversary of Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF. Until Halloween, the FEED Trick-or-Treat bags can be purchased for $13.20 at hsn.com/hsncares. For each FEED Trick-or-Treat bag purchased at HSN or hsn.com/hsncares, HSN will donate $3.50 to the U.S. Fund for UNICEF to help support UNICEF micronutrient supplement powder programs. For $3.50, UNICEF can provide a child under the age of five with high malnutrition risk supplemental powder for one year.

HSN will also donate %100 of its profits from the bag to UNICEF.

FEED Projects is a charitable organization with the mission of creating products that help feed the world. Thus far, “FEED Bags” have provided funding for over 55 million school meals for children around the world through the United Nations World Food Program.
