Quantcast Vegetarian StarCloris Leachman Doesn’t Need Deodorant But Some Vegetarians May Need Aubrey Organics

Cloris Leachman says being vegetarian is so great for her body scent, not even the stress from the camera spotlight gives her a need to wipe under the armpits.

“If you don’t eat meat, you don’t smell… I don’t ever wear a deodorant,” Leachman said.

Whoa, there, Cloris. Did your Dancing with the Stars partner agree that carrots did that part of the body good?

So there is at least one study showing the female species enjoyed the sweat from the vegetarian male armpits more than a meat eater’s.

And mainstream deodorants may be tested on animals and contain ingredients that are sourced from animals or that are harmful to humans and the environment. But that doesn’t mean you have to adhere to the granola eating, no deodorant (and maybe even hairy armpit) stereotype.

A good eco-friendly, vegan deodorant line like Aubrey Organics may be just what you need to convey the statement of “I’m natural” without letting the animals in the woods on the opposite side of town pick up your natural scent.

The E Plus High C is a light, floral scented roll-on for women, while the Calendula Blossom spray deodorant works as a convenient carry-with-you freshener. Manly men, mark your territory by methods other than funk with Aubrey’s Men’s Stock Natural Dry Herbal Pine Deodorant. These products are free from potential skin irritants like propylene glycol and the Alzheimer’s and cancer concerns with aluminum.

You can also be the chemist and make your own using baking soda and water paste. Go light on the baking soda, though. Too much can cause skin irritation.
