Quantcast Vegetarian StarBill Clinton Went Vegetarian To Lose Weight For Chelsea’s Wedding

If you thought you saw a slimmer, sexier looking former president of the United States from the photos of Chelsea Clinton‘s wedding, you’re right.

Sources say Bill Clinton had a goal of losing 15 pounds before his daughter’s wedding, but exceeded it by losing 23 by following a vegetarian diet.

“She doesn’t think I’m in shape,” Clinton said about Chelsea in April. “You know she told me the other day she said, ‘Dad the only thing you gotta do is walk me down the aisle and you gotta look good.’ So I said, ‘Well, what’s your definition?’ And she said, ‘Oh, about 15 pounds.’ So I’m about halfway home.”

Wonder if Chelsea shared some favorite recipes to help dad lose some of his tire like Thai-Spice Sweet Potato Soup with Gingered Bok Choy.

    And will Bill stay veggie having realised that it’s so much healthier? Or was it just about losing the spare tyre and then going back to the junk food that made him overweight in the first place?
