Sisters Emily and Zooey Deschanel, novice cookbook author Alicia Silverstone, and K.D. Lang, who once compared eating meat to cannibalism, are included along with 12 other celebrities.
“If you knew how meat was made, you’d probably lose your lunch,” Lang once said.
