Girlie Girl Chloe Jo Berman And Vegan Pets On Good Morning America
Written by Vegetarian Star on April 8th, 2009 in Authors, Environment-Eco-Green.
Wow. Talk about movin’ on up!
Blogger Chloe Jo Berman of Girlie Girl Army is on the fast track to vegan and ethical fame. She recently appeared on Good Morning America to discuss the issue of vegan pets.
Several celebrities, including Alicia Silverstone, Paul McCartney, and Dennis Kucinich have placed their dogs on a vegan diet.
Silverstone even says her doggies fart less because of it.
But is it healthy?
There’s lots of controversy over whether our pets were truly meant to be carnivores, especially cats, who need certain nutrients like taurine, found in meat products.
Chloe said, “There’s no reason why I should take a life for another life. I don’t understand. If I wouldn’t put her on a plate as dinner why should I do it to a cow or a lamb or a chicken.”
“Who are hungry little vegan doggies?” Chloe asks as she feeds them apples, bread, and tofu.
Go watch the video of Chloe and check out her cute vegan doggies who have been vegan for six years.
And congrats to Chloe for the publicity. You go Girlie Girl!

Okay, not mature and maybe not the most appropriate, but…
Chloe looks like she’s about to fart any minute. 😉

Why Lisa, I’d just LOVE to see a photo of you. Thanks for the concern on my gastro-health, but I’m pretty much gas free! Now, what have you done to promote veganism today? Just try and put down someone who works non stop for the animals? Congrats, dingbat.

LISA J: CHLOE IS ACTUALLY HOLDING IN LAUGHTER BECAUSE ALL HER AMAZING, INCREDIBLE HILARIOUS VEGAN FRIENDS WERE SURROUNDING HER THAT NIGHT. SHE IS LITERALLY BURSTING WITH LOVE. MANY FRIENDS FLEW IN FROM LA AND SHE IS ABSOLUTELY THRILLED TO SEE THEM. SHE LOOKS STUNNING AND IT WAS HER 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY THAT DAY AS WELL. THERE WAS SO MUCH LOVE SURROUNDING HER. IM SORRY YOU WERENT THERE TO SHARE MORE OF YOUR APPROPRIATE COMMENTS!! CHLOE DOES SO MUCH GOOD FOR THE WORLD, EVERY SINGLE WAKING MINUTE, WHY DONT WE CHOOSE MATURE AND APPROPRIATE COMMENTS TO HONOR HER?

Lisa, are you 4 years old? Chloe is a beautiful vegan goddess and I can only assume that your jealousy led you to make such an immature and ridiculous comment. Good luck with that attitude.

Lisa – you said it yourself: totally immature and inappropriate comment.

Hi Lisa,
Seriously? I think she looked STUNNING! Chloe completely debunks the myth that all vegans are crunchy, hemp sack wearing, hairy armpit having, hippies. Not that there is anything wrong with that mind you. I just think it’s good to showcase a little diversity. Chloe came off as radiant! Look at her skin — she’s glowing!! It obvious her beautiful exterior reflects her inner joy and compassionate soul.

Apparently, Chloe’s cult cannot take a joke…

Ladies, ladies, ladies (and gentleman Brute),
I think Lisa J. really did mean that as a joke and that she wasn’t trying to be rude or offend. Of course, she, like everyone else on here is cheering for Chloe. it’s fantastic that a gorgeous, intelligent, woman like her is getting the news out for animal rights. As a man, I thought it was pretty funny, but girls tend to get over sensitive and bicker.
She does look beautiful. She also looks kind of like she’s about to let one rip. And there’s nothing wrong with a beautiful, vegan woman farting.
So let’s all chill and make peace. We’re on the same team.

Chloe, I watched you on Good Morning America with baited breath. I was so nervous to see how vegans would be portrayed but couldn’t have been any happier. You were so pretty, put together, and articulate. Thank you for doing such a good job on behalf of all us vegans, and thank you for all your hard work on behalf of the animals. I wish more vegans looked, dressed, and acted like you.

Angel goddess Chloe Jo, we love love her to be in the public eye! Despite that most the people on this clip are biased and completely clueless about vegetarian animals, the vegans represented look and sound amazing. So grateful to Chloe for bringing this issue into public discussion so the truth can start being heard. The fart comment is totally bazaar, her own mindset there. Chloe looks gorgeous as always and beyond reproach.
